BendKing Inc. is located in the heart of Alberta’s oil country, just one
hour west of the capital city, Edmonton. We have sucessfully supplied local,
national and international Oil and Gas Markets with our “BendKing Horizontal
Pipe-Bending Machines”. Our patented technology has allowed many new and
exciting breakthroughs in the complex operations of pipe-bending. Horizontal
bending offers many benefits, which the traditional methods of vertical
bending cannot deliver. Safer bending operations occur as pipe is
bent low (horizontal) to the ground, and always in view of the
operator. “S Bends” are pulled in just minutes. Consistent, accurate
bends are excellent for “Multiple Lines – Common Trench”
applications. The machine has a compact design which results in easy
handling, portability on the right of way, favoring the environment.
One of the most prevalent benefits is that the machine does not
require highly skilled, expensive bending crews or technicians. We
currently manufacture two models: the KB10 with it’s independent
electric start 13hp gas motor and self-contained hydraulic system,
which has proven to be the most popular with pipeline contractors.
The KB11 is designed to quick connect to an independent off unit
hydraulic power source. Both models have the capacity to bend “small
inch” pipe in sizes from 3” to 10” diameter. Bends are easy to pull
whether the pipe is bare, coated or foam covered. Wall thickness has
no real bearing as the machine has easily performed bends on
thickness from .125” thin wall to 3/8” thick wall on 10” diameter
pipe, perfectly! BendKing’s strong commitment to our Research &
